  On 2-4-17, we met friends for dinner @ Jameson's in Mt. prospect. Although our waitress was pleasant, the experience was not. Within seconds of our order arriving, a short man who we assumed was the manager, came to our table and took my husbands plate from in front of him. He said that they had given my husbands steak to someone else, and the person to whom this steak belonged wanted it now, so a new dinner would be made for my husband. Even tho John offered to keep this steak, the manager said "no, no" and took it away. So he sat there while our guests began eating. I cut into my steak only to find that it was over cooked. I had ordered it rare and it was medium to medium well. We called the waitress over and she agreed that it was overdone and took it away. Within seconds, the mgr was back carrying my plate and argued(!) with me that it was rare on the inside. He got nowhere with me and brought me another steak-this time it was rare. For all of this hassle we were comped nothing. No meal, no dessert, nothing. We'll never go back.
