  Yes, I know it is Friday night so we expect a wait. They usually do not pick up the phone on Friday nights, so to my surprise this evening they did. I phoned in our order at 6:10. Got to the store at 6:35. They told me they got my order wrong so I would have to wait. At 6:55 they called my name and gave me a totally wrong order. Left at 7 with the correct order. This is the third time this has happened.

  I've ordered supreme pizza over the phone I've been told it will be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later my pizza still wasn't ready. I end up waiting for another 30 minutes inside. Terrible experience with this location. My time is very valuable to me so I will never again order there, next time I'm calling professionals "papa johns " I may pay more but it is worth it.

  I was impressed with these 2 staff members. The line was getting longer (forgetting about the popular "Hot-N-Ready" slogan) as people waited in an 80 degree store temperature and 90 outside yet Caitlyn and Andre kept their cool and youthful smiles despite other impatient customers were about to burst. They were constantly apologetic to us while continuing their respective tasks at hand. What a team this branch has!! Thank you Caitlyn, Andre and another staff member I didn't get the name.
